Collection: The Preservation Craft Collection

The Preservation Craft Collection honours three of humanity’s oldest and most enduring food traditions — fermentation, drying and cold storage — rendered as a set of three archival-style botanical prints.

Inspired by antique copperplate engravings and vintage scientific illustration, each print celebrates the quiet craftsmanship of preserving the harvest: the stoneware crock, the hanging pantry, the root cellar. Together, they tell a complete story of patience, abundance and self-sufficiency — the practices that carried communities through every season.

Printed in a warm heritage palette of cream parchment, deep sepia and muted terracotta, with sage accents in the final piece, the collection brings texture, history and a sense of slow living to kitchens, pantries, dining rooms and homesteads.

Three crafts. Centuries of tradition. One enduring story of preservation.
