SHIPPING POLICY

WE SHIP WITHIN CANADA ONLY

Order usually ship within 3-5 business days from the time your order is placed. Standard delivery to addresses within Canada is free on all orders over $99.00 (after any applicable discounts), and $16.00 for orders below $99.00.

Processing & Fulfillment Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that products may ship from different locations depending on our supplier partners. You will receive tracking information for each shipment once it's dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We work with trusted North American suppliers and carriers to deliver your order and shipping is generally 5-10 business days: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on product availability and shipping origin.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.  We charge a flat rate of $16 for orders under $99. Free shipping is available on orders over $99 (after any applicable discounts).

Multiple Shipments If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages from different fulfillment locations. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

Tracking Your Order You'll receive email notifications with tracking information as each part of your order ships.

Issues with Delivery If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us at info@thegroundedkitchen.ca and we'll work with our suppliers to resolve the issue promptly.
