At The Grounded Kitchen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below.

Digital Products and Membership Subscriptions

Membership subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing date. You may cancel at any time; however, fees already paid are non-refundable, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Physical Products

This policy applies to Canadian orders only.

Return Window

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@thegroundedkitchen.ca if you wish to return an item.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We suggest you keep all packaging until you have made your final decision to keep your order.

We reserve the right to refuse a return and a refund if the goods are deemed to have been used or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly through a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Standard Returns: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or preference, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your tracking number for your records.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will reimburse you for return shipping costs to a maximum of $20. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly.

How to Initiate a Return

DO NOT RETURN THE ITEM DIRECTLY TO THE MANUFACTURER.

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at info@thegroundedkitchen.ca with the following:

    • Your Name
    • Order Number and the reason for the return
    • Product Number of the item(s) you are returning
    • Billing address
    • If your product is damaged, providing a picture can really speed up the process
  2. We will provide you with return instructions within 2-3 business days. These will include an RA (Return Authorization) which will need to be included in the return shipment. Full details on how and where to ship the item(s) will be included in the return instructions.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return.
